We like our production leaders to have a technical understanding of our processes. Therefore, an education in Dairy, Food Science, engineering or technology is preferred. However, we also welcome applications from other educational backgrounds as e.g. Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering. Ideally, you have graduated in the last 1-2 years, or plan to graduate no later than September of the year you start the programme with either a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree.

In your application you must convince us that your educational background, personality, motivation and leadership aspiration, are what we are looking for in order to perform a key role at a production site within Arla Foods.

We generally expect to hire 6 talented graduates for the Production Management Graduate Programme across Denmark, Sweden, UK, Germany, Finland or Netherlands.

The recruitment process will consist of online tests, video interviews and an assessment day in the spring. We will revise and decide on the specific recruitment process every year and applicants will receive thorough information and communication throughout the process.

Arla Foods pays a competitive market salary during the Production Management Graduate Programme.

You will start out in either Denmark, Sweden, UK, Germany, Finland or Netherlands and then go abroad to another European dairy site on your second 2^nd rotation for 6 months. Arla Foods will assist with relocation throughout the programme.

As a PM Graduate, you are hired for two years as a full-time employee. When you have completed the programme, we expect your skills and experiences to qualify you for another full-time job at Arla. There is no unconditional job guarantee, but due to our investment in the Graduate Programme, we obviously wish to make good use of your unique skills when you have finished the programme and PMGs will be prioritized compared to candidates with similar qualifications. 

Both the F15 and Production Management Graduate Programme are programmes for ambitious individuals who strive to become future leaders in Arla Foods. The F15 Programme is a two-year international programme where you go on three rotations within different commercial areas: Marketing, business development, finance, etc. The Production Management Graduate Programme is a two-year programme where you rotate to different production sites and your focus is on one functional area of production or supply chain.
