Trainee Dairy Technologists will finish the course with the skills and knowledge to carry out a Technician role to a high standard. Throughout the interview process and the course itself, it is essential that the critically important core Eden values are instilled into our students. As the course has a wide range of modules across different areas, students will take stronger interests in some subjects than others. As a result we have seen recent Eden graduates go into roles such as Quality Manager, Process Team Leader, Lean Co-ordinator and Cheese Development Technologists.

Eden students join our team as full-time salaried staff. With a highly competitive starting salary of £21,000, Arla also covers all tuition fees and college accommodation costs. Upon completion of the course, salaries can vary, but many of our graduates earn upwards of £35,000 in their first positions.

Opportunities are available to Top-Up to a full BSc degree and MSc at selected universities.
