Recruitment process

The recruitment process for the new EDEN cohort kicks off during National Apprenticeship Week. Positions are advertised for typically eight weeks ahead of assessment days in May. The programme commences in September.
Applications are assessed via HireVue Video Assessment by Arla’s Talent Acquisition Team based on academic background as well as how they fit with the EDEN values of Passion & Pride, Pioneering Attitude, Integrity & Respect and shared learning & community spirit. Successful candidates will be invited to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at Arla Foods Head Office. This involves a group exercise and individual competency-based interview.
Following the Assessment Day, successful candidates will be invited to a final stage interview at their chosen site to meet the team and understand the environment.
