Arla Foods Ingredients will be represented at the Food Ingredients Europe (FiE) fair which opens in London on Monday, 5 November.
At the fair, Europe’s leading fair for the ingredients industry, Arla Foods’ new split level stand will focus on existing customers with three new products: a whey protein concentrate which enhances the consistency and flavour of soups and sauces, a milk protein, which makes the preparation of dressings and dips easier and an isolate for protein drinks which produces a clear drink which enhances muscle strength after exercise or illness.
The fair is held every two years at different locations. In 1999, it was held in Paris where 13,000 visitors attended.
