Arla Foods UK plc has sold the distribution company, Express Chilled Distribution, in Alcester to Corby Chilled Distribution Limited for GBP 2.8 million.
All employees will transfer to the new owner. In connection with the move, Arla Foods UK has announced that Express Chilled Distribution’s two units in Airdrie and Trafford Park will be closed down with the loss of some jobs.
