Arla Foods announces appointment of new Chief Supply Chain Officer

Arla Foods amba announces the appointment of David Boulanger as its new Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, who joins the European farmer owned dairy co-operative from Danone where he is currently SVP Operations for Danone Specialized Nutrition.
A highly experienced global leader, David, a French national, has spent his whole career in the food industry, working first for Masterfoods before a 17 year career for the French multinational, Danone, where he has held a number of leadership roles in Supply Chain.
He will be responsible for Arla Foods’ global supply chain organisation, which includes all manufacturing, logistics and procurement, with extensive operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, North America, China and South East Asia.
Commenting on the appointment, Arla Foods CEO, Peder Tuborgh, said:

David Boulanger said:

David is married with three children and lives in The Netherlands. He holds a Diploma in Engineering from Ingénier Civil des Mines de Paris and will join Arla Foods on 1st October 2020.
