Ingredients for 1

  • 1 beetroot
    1 small piece of ginger
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 2 beetroots
    2 small pieces of ginger
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 4 beetroots
    4 small pieces of ginger
    8 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Run beetroot and ginger through a juicer, then stir in milk.
