A thick milk smoothie of soaked chia seeds sweetened with fresh banana.

1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ banana
2,5 dl milk (1,5%) -
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 banana
5 dl milk (1,5%) -
4 tablespoons chia seeds
2 bananas
10 dl milk (1,5%)
Instructions
Soak chia seeds overnight in milk, keep refrigerated.
Blend the chia seeds and milk with the remaining ingredients and serve.
For an extra smooth texture, strain the blended mix through a sieve.
