A foamy milk smoothie with the lightly sweet taste of midsummer.

1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons raspberries
2,5 dl milk (1,5%) -
2 tablespoons chia seeds
4 tablespoons raspberries
5 dl milk (1,5%) -
4 tablespoons chia seeds
8 tablespoons raspberries
10 dl milk (1,5%)
Instructions
Soak chia seeds overnight in milk, keep refrigerated.
Blend the chia seeds and milk with the remaining ingredients and serve.
For an extra smooth texture, strain the blended mix through a sieve.
