SMOOTHIE

A delightfully syrupy milk smoothie of fresh figs and date.

Ingredients for 1

  • 1 fig (fresh)
    
2 dates 
    1 teaspoon coconut fibre flour
    
1 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve the dates
    1,5 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 2 figs (fresh)
    
4 dates 
    2 teaspoons coconut fibre flour
    
2 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve the dates
    3 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 4 figs (fresh)
    
8 dates
    4 teaspoons coconut fibre flour
    
4 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve the dates
    6 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Slice dates in halves and soak for at least 2 hours in milk, keep refrigerated.
 
Mix together with remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth, serve cold.
 
For an extra fine texture, strain through a sieve.
