A crisp and herbaceous milk smoothie with refreshing mint and spicy coriander.

1 handful lemon balm
1 handful mint leaves
1 handful coriander leaves
2 dl milk (1,5%) -
2 handfuls lemon balm
2 handfuls mint leaves
2 handfuls coriander leaves
4 dl milk (1,5%) -
4 handfuls lemon balm
4 handfuls mint leaves
4 handfuls coriander leaves
8 dl milk (1,5%)
Instructions
Carefully mix all of the ingredients together in a blender, incorporating slowly, until smooth.
Strain mixture through a sieve and serve topped with a garnish of chopped lemon balm before serving.
