  • 40 g kale
    2 apples
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 80 g kale
    4 apples
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 160 g kale
    8 apples
    8 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Run kale and apples through a juicer, then stir in milk.
