MINTY CHOCOLATEY MILK SMOOTHIE

An invigorating milk smoothie of fresh mint with the sweetness of vanilla and chocolate.

Ingredients for 1

  • 1 tablespoon coca powder (unsweetened)
    1 teaspoon vanilla (pure)
    1 handful fresh mint leaves
    1 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve mint leaves
    1 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    2 teaspoons vanilla (pure)
    2 handfuls fresh mint leaves
    2 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve mint leaves
    2 dl milk (1,5%)

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    4 teaspoons vanilla (pure)
    4 handfuls fresh mint leaves
    4 dl milk (1,5%) to dissolve mint leaves
    4 dl milk (1,5%)

Instructions

Grind mint leaves to a fine paste. Incorporate milk with mint, infuse for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Blend the remaining ingredients with the milk and mint mixture.

Strain mixture through a sieve and serve cold.
