A sumptuous milk smoothie with a slightly toasted flavour of walnuts.

3 tablespoons walnuts
2,5 dl milk (1,5%) -
6 tablespoons walnuts
5 dl milk (1,5%) -
12 tablespoons walnuts
10 dl milk (1,5%)
Instructions
Soak walnuts in milk overnight, keep refrigerated.
Blend together with remaining ingredients until smooth.
For an extra smooth texture, strain the blended mix through a sieve.
