Ingredients for 1

  • 1 piece of ginger = 1 tablespoon (the size depends on how strong you want the drink to be)
    ½ tablespoon honey
    2,5 dl milk (1,5%)


  • 2 pieces of ginger = 2 tablespoons (the size depends on how strong you want the drink to be)
    
1 tablespoon honey
    5 dl milk (1,5%)


  • 4 pieces of ginger = 4 tablespoons (the size depends on how strong you want the drink to be)
    
2 tablespoons honey
    10 dl milk (1,5%)


Instructions

In a saucepan, warm together milk and honey over a medium heat.

Grate ginger into a paste and whisk together with milk mixture.

  Let simmer and serve warm.
